Imperial sour ale with tropical fruits. Mostly sour ales are light and reserved. After consulting with like-minded friends from Poland at Browar Rockmill, we decided to create a sour ale that would be more suited to our autumn. It contains more taste, aroma, and as befits the imperial ale - more strength. But you will not taste it because the flavor is dominated by natural pineapple, mango, lime, and passion fruit.
